Consulting, Clinical Trials and More...Investigators Pool
Our collaborating physicians in hospitals and private practices are distributed throughout Germany and we have recently recruited additional investigators in Austria, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. These newly recruited centres are very interested in co-operating with us.
1. Hospitals
We collaborate with a number of university hospitals and their outpatient departments, as well as with
academic teaching hospitals in therapeutic fields such as: anaesthesia/intensive care medicine,
cardiovascular diseases, endocrinology, infections, psychiatry and pulmonology. We also have investigators
in special outpatient departments for metabolic diseases, in pain centres, and in sleep laboratories
with an internal medicine and neurological/psychiatric focus. Furthermore, we work closely with investigators
in regional psychiatric hospitals and private clinics in the psychiatric area.
We are currently setting up contacts with study-experienced hospitals in the field of oncology.
We co-operate with approximately 180 study-experienced physicians who are willing and able to perform approval-relevant studies strictly according to GCP standards. These physicians represent various special fields.
In detail, we collaborate with specialists in the following fields:
- General practitioners / internists
- Internal specialists (cardiologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists)
- Orthopaedics with an additional designation (rheumatologists)
- Paediatrics
- Psychiatrists and neurologists
- Pulmonologists
- Urologists
We monitor these physicians closely to ensure that they adhere to ICH-GCP regulations. Many of them have experience of complying with FDA requirements.
In addition, approximately 250 private physicians specialising in various fields have carried out trials for us in the past. They have handled less complex, marketing-focused issues in phases III b and IV.
